Marcel Van Doorn is a creative director and visual designer known for his distinctive approach to set design, event scenography, and luxury window displays. Blending art direction, immersive experiences, and contemporary design, his work is inspired by nature and characterized by optical illusions, bold color compositions, and the reinterpretation of stylistic codes. Marcel studied 3D industrial design and styling at the Beaux-Arts in Utrecht, and later graduated from the Institut Français de la Mode in Paris. He honed his artistic vision as the art director of the Dutch luxury department store De Bijenkorf, before gaining international recognition for crafting unexpected, poetic, and sophisticated brand experiences. Now based between Amsterdam and Paris, he collaborates globally with prestigious luxury brands such as Cartier, Hermès, Ruinart, and Swarovski, creating bespoke visual worlds for events, campaigns, and ephemeral spaces.
